A partner, was sworn in 1998, after having studied at the Faculty of Law of Grenoble II, University Pierre Mendès France where she obtained a DESS in Business Law and Taxation of Companies. She then joined the Ecole des Avocats in Grenoble and has been practicing in Lyon since her swearing-in January 1998.
Since 1998, Me Fathia HMIDI advises companies in corporate law and in business law.
She has accompanied many SMEs from their creation until their dissolution. She follows companies throughout all of the phases of development (negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including commercial leases, investor input, shareholder agreements), external growth, mergers, universal asset transfer, sale and acquisition of goodwill.
She has also assisted many companies with their methods according to their own complications (conciliation, safeguard, recovery and liquidation of the judiciary, offers of recovery at the helm).
Ms. Fathia HMIDI's working languages are French, English and a good knowledge of Italian, which allows her to assist French companies with their international development, and also foreign companies wishing to set up in France.
Apart from corporate law, she is interested in literature and running.
